工作原理
在一定溫度下,低純度氮氣中的殘氧與碳載催化劑提供的碳發生氧化反應;C﹢O2=CO2生成的CO2經變壓吸附工藝去除及深度脫水,得到高純度氮氣。
Under a certain temperature, oxygen gas and carbon provided from catalyst have oxidation reaction C ﹢ O2 = CO2 .The CO2 and water removed by the PSA technology, finally get the high purity N2.
